I remember peop...ugh, this is so hard to stomach. <br /><br />I remember people yelling at me that the Scriptures 'clearly' said that race mixing (miscegenation)was a sin, that interracial marriage was WRONG, and against God's plan, besides being 'unnatural'. <br /><br />I remember the old 'white' and 'colored' signs, and I remember black people stepping off the sidewalk as we passed. I am 52, these things happened in the 60's as a child.<br /><br />The last time I heard the anti interracial marriage argument (openly) from Scripture was in the late 80's.<br /><br />I think that is one of the most annoying things around, is that this attitude is still here! :(Monk-in-Traininghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07373661525025912462noreply@blogger.com
