So what gives here? Does anyone really believe that this administration a) is above doing this and b) will respond to requests from the IRC? I imagine something like this going on:

I sense anger in Streak. Anyway, isn't this what has been happening all along - it is a war on terror but since the war is nebulous (i.e. we are not fighting a country, but terrorist organizations), then the rules of war do not always apply? Just a random though.
