This isn't the first time.  I don't get this at all.

I am not a fan of these policies. This one seems similar to the no-fly list. There is a big difference between this and policies that keep guns away from felons, domestic abusers, and those adjudicated insane. In these cases, the person has has had due process and, presumably, a vigorous defense.

In the case of lists, this doesn't happen. People's names are secretly placed on them. If they are denied, then typically, there is no way to challenge your name being on the list. Does this seem fair?
