578.460. Any member of the general assembly who proposes a piece of legislation that further restricts the right of an individual to bear arms, as set forth under the second amendment of the Constitution of the United States, shall be guilty of a class D felony.

Missouri seems to be the land of stupid, unconstitutional legislation. A week ago someone introduced a bill that called for a ban and confiscation. Clearly unconstitutional and unlikely to even make it out of committee. Now this. It seems like a childish response and I fail to see how it wouldn't be unconstitutional. Hopefully, it will die a quick death.
I'm going to fight your unconstitutional idea by my own unconstitutional idea, and not see the irony therein.
