At least "fiscal conservatism" when it comes to Democratic project proposals. The so-called fiscal conservatives were awfully quiet when we were running up a trillion-dollar tab in Iraq.
I am not all that familiar with him. A lot of Republicans are comfortable with pork spending and funding for wars. Some conservatives were never comfortable with this and critical of this direction.
