Disgusting, but not that surprising. The mentally ill in the US were the subjects of all sorts of procedures all the way up through the 1960's.
It is still easy for us to dehumanize others, and use them for our own purposes, from economics to other forms of exploitation.May we all seek to value the Image of God that all humans bear, in each other.
