I love the second part where Thiessen uses the "we are doing this for the terrorists own good." And the Catholic interviewer cheers him on.

As I understand it, no one expects the Spanish Inquisition.
I have found it interesting how many people defend and even encourage torture (through their votes, actively turning a blind eye or even openly defending it's use against "enemy combatants") that are also angry at how militant leaders abuse their followers and feed them lies and misinformation in order to manipulate them into following their clearly immoral ideals.
