Maybe we can get a preponderance of American attorneys to revisit the criminal nomenclature and start referring to crimes of moral turpitude as Cheneyisms. For instance, the first question on the visa waiver admission form might read:
Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime involving Cheneyism or a violation related to a controlled substance; or been arrested or convicted for two or more offenses for which the aggregate sentence to confinement was five years or more; or been controlled substance trafficker or an employee in the Bush administration; or are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or Cheney-like activities?
