I said she should have waited, too. She would have been better off throwing her hat in the ring 4 or 8 years from now. I am sure the hateful attacks (and distortions) coming from some on the left and media would still happen, but she would be better able to handle it.

Give up? Feh. She is actually looking forward to it. This level of chtuzpah I can no longer call pride--she has crossed the line into sheer stupidity.
