Michelle Malkin did a piece on this guy, saying he was an insergant. I don't know if he is or not because I don't know the facts of the case. You see I like to have this little thing we call, "Evidence". When you don't have "Evidence" you can't make a rational judgment of guilt or innocence. For all I know, this guy could be the devil himself, but without "Evidence"
all he is is some poor schmuk with a camera who was thrown into prison for taking pictures that make the Bush administration look worse than it already does. Using Miss Malkin's logic, I could accuse her of being paid off by the Republican party to write her Right Wing love fest Blog to get more of a foot hold on the "internets". I don't really believe this. I believe even the mentally challenged can be taught to use a computer. Then again, you never know.

I would have no problem with this if they had evidence, I agree. That is the point. We based our damn system on things like due process and the rule of law. Republicans have forgotten both. Those, according to them, only apply to rich white people.
