How does this administration still have any credibility?
According to news reports , "The Education Department paid commentator Armstrong Williams $241,000 to help promote President Bush (news - web sites)'s No Child Left Behind law on the air, an arrangement that Williams acknowledged yesterday involved 'bad judgment' on his part."
How can we trust this administration. It used the budget document last year to promote the Bush administration; has turned public policy panels into partisan engines; and now is covertly paying "commentators" to shill for their policies. Shame on Williams, but shame on this administration.
Update: I just realized where I first saw this story. Bruce over at Mainstream Baptist has some thoughts.
