Focus on the Family pulls video seeking prayers for rain at Obama speech

But they only meant it to be mildly humorous. You know, asserting that God prefers Republicans and that Obama is our enemy.

Dadblame your rotten hide. Steal a perfectly good post from me. I HAD planned on posting on this. :-P

I saw the video where Shepherd made "worst person in the world" on Olbermann. I quite tend to agree. Keith's point was a good one; it wasn't humorous, it was a political ploy.

Just like McCain saying Georgia was one of the first nations to adopt Christianity.

Tony, you could always do a "This post is better than Streak's, bwahahahaha" post covering the article. And no, I don't plan to sell arms to both sides of the ensuing blog war. Why do you ask?

Leighton...

You want Streak to hear?

You mean I didn't push the button on the Cone of Silence hard enough? Cwap.

Meh, it was somewhat funny, but considering that FOTF doesn't tend to do much in terms of parody and humon, it was probably not the best idea.

Oops, I meant humor.

Cone of Silence shows up in the very first Get Smart episode, btw.

And it worked then about as well as yours did here.

Man, I like talking Get Smart more than Focus on the Family. Reminds me of that bumper sticker, "Focus on your own damn family!"
